In planning our major renovation we turned to RRR as Andreas had worked on several small renovation projects for us and we were well pleased with the work he had done and his attitude and work ethic. We considered using other companies due to the magnitude of our planned renovation of an 80 year old heritage home but after talking with them we decided to give Andreas the opportunity to bid on the project.
After laying out the scope of work to Andreas he brought in all of his sub-trades and within a short time frame we had a firm cost estimate and a work schedule laid out. Work started when scheduled and progressed throughout according to a pre-determined time-line. Andreas ensured that all of the sub-trades performed to the schedule and that there work was to agreed standards and he was always the interface between our concerns and the trades.

Andreas and his crew fit our leaky balcony project into their busy schedule. The repairs were done quickly and solved an associated leak problem in the living room – this involved repairing a lath and plaster lath wall. We were really happy with the repairs, especially the living room wall, because so many people would have just said to rip it out and put in drywall instead of fixing the plaster.
The work was done efficiently and on budget; even the unexpected was costed out in detail before the work was done. We also had extensive work done on retaining walls and a backyard patio. Some unavoidable timing problems came up, but in the end the work was done really well and on budget.
