Featured Project: North Shore Residence
This was a complete kitchen realteration and bathroom renovation.
The removal of one wall between the dining room and kitchen, along with the elimination of an exterior patio door and substituting with a window, allowed us to transform a small kitchen into an open-concept full size premium kitchen. The new kitchen includes new granite countertops, a stone wall, tumble marble backsplash, espresso-stained maple cabinets with under-cabinet lighting. Floor heating installed under large porcelain tile finished the kitchen that the Lloyds invisioned.
In the bathroom, our ability to turn a simple dormered room into a fully functional bathroom that included a stand-alone clawfoot tub, toilet and pedestal sink. The bathroom also has featured tiled walls throughout.

Featured Project: New Westminster Quay Residence
This was a complete townhouse re & re.
We installed Red Oak hardwood flooring throughout. The alteration of a few walls allowed the client to incorporate an open style concept. Kitchen granite countertops to complement new custom-built kitchen cabinets. The living room also featured a granite fireplace surround with a floating mantle. The bathroom re & re is simple but sharp with new cabinet, granite counters, bathtub and new tiling throughout.
